Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Identity International)

📋 Description

• Role focuses on identity data management, KYC verification, and decisioning for global expansion.
• Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long horizon and align with business impact.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to ensure sustainability and manage
• Own team operations, monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on-call readiness to keep services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record building highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Spark, and
• Experience delivering major features or deprecating functionality via technical execution plans
• Comfort in ambiguity and ability to navigate from low-level language idioms to large system
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with a global engineering team.
