🎯 Requirements

8+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale (Python or Kotlin)
Experience with AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes
Deliver major features or deprecations via technical/execution plans
Thrives in ambiguity; can span low-level to large system architecture
Strong ability to gather and iterate feedback from peers
Excellent verbal and written communication for global collaboration
