🎯 Requirements

• Design/operate high-throughput, low-latency distributed backends.
• Proficient in Java with modern backend practices.
• Strong CS fundamentals: distributed systems, concurrency, perf.
• Experience with ML teams, model-serving trade-offs, production AI systems.
• Track record leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Excellent communicator and mentor to raise technical bar.
