Staff Software Engineer, CRM

📋 Description

• Tackle large CRM problems; decompose into sequenced workstreams.
• Own CRM tech strategy and architecture across teams.
• Ensure reliability and correctness in high-risk areas; fix incidents.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from design through delivery.
• Raise release and deployment standards (canary/blue-green).
• Write production-ready code across Angular, Node.js/TypeScript, Phalcon/PHP.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years SaaS software engineering; 3+ years at Staff/Lead level.
• Deep knowledge of scalable, high-throughput systems with data correctness.
• Experience evolving large codebases to modular, event-driven microservices.
• Hands-on with Angular, Node.js/TypeScript; MySQL/Postgres and Redis.
• Extensive AWS experience: ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS, Redis, S3.
• Strong testing, CI/CD, security practices; AI-assisted development.
