• Designing and building platform features used by all developers on the platform
• Leading major technical initiatives from early exploration through launch
• Building the systems and tools that support future developer experiences
• Working across backend, infrastructure, client, and full-stack components
• Helping create a collaborative team with a strong sense of ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience working on platform functionality, developer tools, full-stack
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects from design through delivery
• Strong backend or platform engineering experience, along with the ability to work across the stack
• Familiarity with technologies such as C++, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
• A habit of using AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity and software quality
• A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the bar for software engineering practices
