Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and tune systems during peak volumes.
Integrate BoxCast systems with SaaS apps (Stripe, HubSpot, Datadog, etc.).
Keep up with cloud and AI technologies and assess their benefits.
Participate in planning, status, and review meetings.
Mentor colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
Expertise in video and audio live streaming technologies.
Back-end languages: Go, TypeScript, and Ruby.
Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform or CloudFormation/CDK.
Virtualization/containerization: Docker.
Cloud: AWS EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda; networking: ALB/NLB, VPC, CloudFront.
