• Experience leading complex institution-facing payments projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity
• Proficiency in Go or another compiled language
• Expertise in TypeScript/React and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and financial systems
• Track record of driving scalable platform architecture and implementation
