📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that power Twilio Flex’s high scale TaskRouter
• Set and own the technical direction for a set of high scale, business critical backend services
• Lead the design of large distributed systems changes, covering scalability, data architecture
• Raise availability and resilience for Tier 0 systems, and make deliberate tradeoffs between

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience writing production-grade backend code in a modern programming language
• Strong fundamentals and experience in building fault tolerant distributed systems, event-driven
• Experience working with AWS cloud-based infrastructure.
• Well-versed in designing and building high-scale, low-latency APIs.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex distributed applications.
