📋 Description

• Own the technical direction for our Revenue Management systems: architecture, service boundaries
• Build the engineering pipeline: how agents code, test, and ship our work across teams, the eval
• Stay close to the code where it counts: the problems nobody else can unblock: performance
• Design how we know these systems are right: testing, evaluation, and observability for pricing
• Own quality standards and make them enforceable: Non Functional Requirements, architectural
• Grow the engineers around you through design reviews, pairing, and honest feedback; spot what's

🎯 Requirements

• Many years building and operating production backend systems, strong in multiple languages and
• Designed systems that process high-volume data and make decisions in near real time: APIs, event
• LLM-based or agentic systems shipped and evaluated; know how to constrain them and tell when
• Set technical direction across multiple teams; know when to build properly vs when good enough is
• Write design docs that change minds and still make sense a year later.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, or other commercial decisioning domains.
