Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Operate with a high degree of ownership, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help
• Build, scale, and operate production-grade ML systems that drive real-time personalization across
• Collaborate, provide technical leadership, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Improve the quality of projects through direct contributions and long-term advocacy for
• Protect against regressions using a variety of testing techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience is ideal
• Have worked professionally building systems for 6+ years with experience on a single system long
• Experience with TensorFlow/Pytorch, xgboost, pandas, matplotlib, SQL, Spark or similar tools
• Proficiency or experience with Python
• Extensive experience using machine learning and data analysis to build scalable systems and
• Proven track record of building scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data

• US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000 - $360,000 annually + equity + benefits
