Staff Software Engineer, macOS

📋 Description

• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects to
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to ensure the seamless delivery
• Lead the design and implementation of new features and services taking ownership from conception to
• Act as a force multiplier across multiple teams, mentoring Senior engineers, guiding technical
• Raise the technical bar through rigorous code standards, comprehensive automated testing, and
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive software development experience, with a proven track record of designing
• Deep expertise with Apple (macOS or iOS) software environments, including design and performance
• Proven expertise in advanced debugging and performance optimization using Xcode, LLDB, and
• Experience in fast-paced agile environments, with a strong understanding of CI/CD and automated
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse
• Proficiency in leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the development
