📋 Description

• Design, build, and test the Gusto PEO Benefits flows and integrations.
• Mentor other engineers to solve hard problems at scale.
• Scale one of the largest Ruby on Rails and React apps.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Design to prototype, iterate, and launch daily.
• Build products that customers genuinely love.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• PEO Expertise: 3+ years in a high-growth PEO environment
• Own multi-quarter projects solving complex problems at scale
• Drive large cross-functional projects end-to-end through ambiguity
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development
• Curiosity with AI frameworks and best practices
