Staff Software Engineer-Salesforce development

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services
• Build intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph
• Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, or AI agents that improve employee productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Process Automation tools, and
• 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and
• Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services services such as Lambda, API
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon
