Staff Software Engineer, Storage

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate high-performance AI storage.
• Create scalable multi-tenant file and block storage from data path to control plane.
• Build distributed file storage and durable block volumes; integrate clusters into customer environments.
• Leverage RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, RoCE, InfiniBand, SPDK to optimize performance.
• Improve reliability, durability, and observability via telemetry and dashboards.
• Mentor engineers on distributed, high-performance systems.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Production experience with distributed file systems or block storage.
• NFS/S3 and Ceph, Lustre, DAOS file systems experience.
• Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Go.
• Kubernetes with scalable architecture; Prometheus/Grafana observability.
