🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of release or project management in enterprise tech with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and lead project health.
• Strong knowledge of software development and agile PM (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and influence without authority.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Experience designing/scaling reliable systems.
