8+ years TPM at a high-growth tech company with platform/infrastructure/SRE/security exposure
Led cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and business in a matrix org
Experience defining or improving incident management and on-call processes
Strong analytical skills; build systems to track delivery health with data
Proven ability to create structure and cadence in new environments
Excellent written/verbal communication; executive-ready reporting
