Staff Technical Program Manager - Security

📋 Description

• Lead strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs from inception through execution, turning 0-to-1
• Own executive-facing operating mechanisms for the Security org, including planning, execution
• Build and scale execution rituals across Security teams, partnering with Engineering, Product, and
• Drive portfolio-level strategy, sequencing, and dependency management across critical Security
• Establish strong program governance across the Security portfolio, including reporting cadence
• Coach and mentor Security TPMs, helping raise the bar for program strategy, communication

🎯 Requirements

• Technical depth in Security architecture and ability to evaluate tradeoffs.
• Experience in program management, leading strategic, high-ambiguity initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear narratives.
• Experience with portfolio-level strategy, sequencing, and dependency management.
• Experience in executive-facing operating mechanisms (e.g., planning, execution reviews, SteerCos).
