Partner closely with the CPO, VPs of Product and Design, and their leadership teams
Architect structured search plans
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for design & creative talent
Use data to drive alignment and decisions
Uplevel design hiring quality and consistency

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
Experience hiring senior, director, and VP-level design & creative talent
Deep experience recruiting Product Design or Creative talent
Operate as trusted advisor to executives
Ability to untangle ambiguous or complex searches
High agency and operational excellence
