📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, engineering managers, and TPMs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via research, outreach, and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with managers to define requirements, align on profiles, and provide updates.
• Collaborate with peers to share pipeline insights and coordinate interviews.
• Build and evolve talent pipelines, structures, and processes.
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI sourcing tools to track candidates and outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. technical hiring.
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates via research and tools.
• Partner with managers and provide clear pipeline updates.
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem).
• Manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting; open to testing new sourcing tools.
