Staff UX (User Experience) Designer

📋 Description

• Support the Manager of UX Product Design in shaping the overall UX design vision, strategy, and
• Work with UX researchers to identify usability testing initiatives and analyze feedback to inform
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and design leadership to UX designers, sharing expertise, raising
• Support the UX design practice by actively seeking process improvements, driving productive change
• Serve as a trusted UX expert across product teams, providing guidance on user experience best
• Work on product roadmap initiatives, as well as being proactive in identifying UX enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of user experience design experience for enterprise/desktop software, web
• Exceptional knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinking
• Ability to mentor and coach UX Designers, and to provide guidance to bring out their best work.
• Comfort in working with remote distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and attention to detail.
