📋 Description

• Redefine and ship foundational design language across product surfaces.
• Partner with Brand and craft leaders to align brand and product visuals.
• Set the craft bar for the design org; define excellence and build guidelines.
• Actively coach product designers; provide feedback to raise quality.
• Collaborate with DS designers and engineers to translate visuals into scalable components.
• Represent design systems and visual craft in talks with Brand, Eng., and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in visual design; typography, color systems, iconography at scale.
• Portfolio shows foundational systems work and high-craft visual design.
• Conviction and language to articulate what makes something successful.
• Track record coaching designers; clear craft POV.
• Systems thinking; balance expressive design with scalable design system for data-rich product.
• Proficient in design tools and front-end prototyping with React.
