Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Platform Ownership & Roadmap – own Workday roadmap across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Configuration & Optimization – lead config, testing, and deployment across Workday modules.
• Release Management & Health – regression testing, audits, and health checks.
• Integrations & Automation – build/maintain integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs).
• Self-Service & Employee Experience – optimize processes, notifications, and UI.
• AI & Analytics – evaluate/implement Workday AI, ML, analytics; data privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of HR tech experience with Workday expertise.
• Workday modules: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits; certification a plus.
• Hands-on integrations: Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs.
• Strong Workday security model, processes, and advanced reporting; Adaptive Planning a plus.
• Self-starter with proactive approach and stakeholder management.
