Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Workday roadmap and module adoption across HR, IT, Finance.
• Lead Workday configuration, testing, deployment; manage security and reporting.
• Release management and health checks; performance tuning.
• Integrations and automation with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Self-service improvements to user experience and adoption.
• AI, analytics and data privacy for scalable deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years HR tech, hands-on Workday expertise.
• Workday modules experience; certification a strong plus.
• Hands-on integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs.
• Strong Workday security model, BP framework, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning a strong plus.
