Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Platform Ownership & Roadmap - Own Workday roadmap and module adoption.
• Configuration & Optimization - Lead Workday config, testing, deployment.
• Release Management & Health - Conduct regression testing, audits, and tuning.
• Integrations & Automation - Build/maintain integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• AI & Analytics - Evaluate/implement Workday AI, ML, analytics; ensure scalability and privacy.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Self-Service - Translate requirements, manage vendor relationships, drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Business Admin; related field.
• 6+ years HR tech experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Workday modules: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting; Workday cert a plus.
• Hands-on integrations: Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday APIs.
• Strong Workday security model, BP framework, and advanced reporting.
• Analytical, PM skills; proactive self-starter.
