Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the Workday platform end to end; manage platform roadmap and release cycle alignment.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules and security models.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Optimize self-service experiences and employer analytics to reduce admin burden and boost adoption.
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI, ML, and analytics capabilities with data privacy in mind.
• Partner with stakeholders and manage vendor/partner relationships for successful delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/Business or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR tech experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence
• Workday certification (Pro or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Experience building integrations via Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
• Strong Workday security model, business processes, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
