Stage Development Engineer I

📋 Description

• Balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints; weigh options and propose solutions
• Act as systems integration by performing requirements decomposition and design verification
• Develop and maintain System/Stage Interface Control Documents; balance risk via adjudication and mitigation
• Drive qualification, acceptance, and hotfire test campaigns; write test objectives and plans
• Develop and manage operational plans and vehicle CONOPs during test, hotfire, and launch campaigns
• Ability to travel to test and launch sites; may require shifted schedules or weekend work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude and basic understanding of all functional disciplines (Mechanical, Fluids, and Electrical engineering)
• 1+ years of experience on a vehicle
