Starlink Resell Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Starlink Reseller order intake, processing, and status
• Coordinate with internal provisioning, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely activation
• Monitor order queues and proactively flag delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment risks to prevent
• Assist with Data Pool billing true ups across MSP customers.
• Maintain accurate order records and CRM/ordering system hygiene across all reseller accounts.
• Act as a responsive, reliable day-to-day contact for assigned Starlink Reseller accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, sales operations, or a related
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and order management tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $23 - $29 hourly (Tier 1), $20 - $25 hourly (Tier 2), $19 - $24 hourly (Tier 3)
• Salary range: $48,950 - $61,180 USD
