📋 Description

• Lead global site start-up activities and strategy.
• Manage IRB/EC, CA/MoH submissions and ICF customization.
• Coordinate milestone planning and risk mitigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time activation.
• Mentor staff and provide country-specific guidance on start-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years in site start-up across multiple countries.
• 2+ years milestone management, budgeting, and team coordination.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; local language for non-English locations.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory awareness.
