Start up Lead

📋 Description

• Manage the site start-up process and activation readiness.
• Coordinate critical path planning (IRB/EC, MoH, ICF).
• Align milestones with stakeholders for on-time activation.
• Lead client meetings on expectations, risk, and metrics.
• Mentor staff on country start-up regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate translations for submission documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years start-up experience across multiple countries.
• 2+ years milestone management and coordinating teams.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; local language where positioned.
