STAT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $40-$45/HR

📋 Description

• Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care to new admission clients transitioning home from
• Assess clients' conditions, monitor status, and document observations, interventions, and
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Deliver personalized one-on-one nursing attention at home
• Travel to client's home and stay for full shift
• Work as part of a team with Clinical Managers to ensure client needs are met according to care plan

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certified
• One year of skilled nursing experience
• Hands-on infant, pediatric, and adult tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Willingness to work across market service area (Hudson, Bergen, & Passaic County)
• Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week
