STAT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care at home
• Work with Clinical Managers to meet each care plan
• Deliver one-on-one nursing at clients' homes
• Travel to client homes for assessments and care
• Care for clients across ages and acuities

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties
• Willingness to work with all ages (Infant–Geriatric)
• One year of skilled nursing experience
• Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (Infant–Adult)
