Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing at patients' homes in Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson counties.
Support hospital-to-home transitions and initial 4-6 weeks of care.
Assess and document patient status, follow care plans.
Travel to clients' homes; typical 12-hour shifts.
Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet client needs.

🎯 Requirements

Valid New Jersey Nursing license in good standing.
CPR Certification.
Willingness to work across Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson Counties.
Willingness to work with all ages; Infant through Geriatric.
One year of RN experience.
Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience with infants, pediatrics, and adults.
Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week.
Commitment to work one weekend per month.
