📋 Description

• Administer equity transactions, including restricted stock unit (RSU) releases and new equity award
• Reconcile equity award activity across company, broker, and transfer agent records on an ongoing
• Support SOX compliance, quarterly reviews, and year-end audits by collaborating with internal and
• Develop employee communications and educational materials to help participants understand the
• Provide timely, accurate support to employees, management, and other stakeholders on equity plan
• Assist with preparing and filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and supporting proxy statement disclosures

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in equity administration or equity compensation consulting
• General knowledge of GAAP accounting, payroll processes, and basic taxation principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the Shareworks equity administration platform
