Stock Plan Manager (Equity Compensation & Global Stock Plan Administration)

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs
• Administer grants, vesting events, releases, cancellations, terminations, and other equity
• Coordinate stock plan activities across 14 countries and work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and
• Support global tax compliance, withholding obligations, local filings, registrations, and
• Monitor regulatory developments and recommend appropriate changes to plans, processes, or controls.
• Partner with Global Payroll to validate taxable equity events, withholding calculations, payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in stock plan or equity compensation administration, preferably within a
• Demonstrated experience administering ESPP and RSU programs and managing global equity programs
• Hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online.
• Strong understanding of global equity compensation processes, tax requirements, and reporting
• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, Section 16 compliance, Rule 144, Rule 10b5-1 plans, and
