Stockroom Assistant

📋 Description

• Working collaboratively with the Personal Shopping team to respond to customer requests by
• Fulfil online orders within SLAs and guidelines.
• Receive deliveries for shopfloor product and customer requests. Checking deliveries, processing the
• Replenishment of all sold stock, whether via the boutique or online in a timely manner to ensure
• Perform cycle counts and regular stock checks and audits.
• Oversee all quality control for orders and returns.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to manage tasks independently but also work closely to support your team, building strong
• Collaborative, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, prioritising customers at all
• Administrative/data entry experience in a fashion retail environment preferred.
• Experience in stockroom retail preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
