📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to achieve goals
• Create a positive, productive work environment aligned with the brand
• Drive sales, profitability, merchandising standards and KPI results
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Partner with leadership to align store goals with Alo’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong business acumen with KPI-driven decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Experience coaching and developing a diverse team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds
