Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and overall store success
• Partner with Assistant Store Manager to meet sales goals
• Provide product knowledge and inform customers and team about features and benefits
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, scheduling, performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management, product sales, or customer service experience in retail
• Ability to lead a team that delivers results
• Proven ability to teach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter with enjoyable retail experience and willingness to learn
• Interest in riding community is a plus
