📋 Description

• Manage store's team members and overall success of the store
• Hold team accountable for meeting sales goals
• Ensure friendly, enthusiastic customer service
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures
• Administer returns/store credit

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience in specialty retail
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers results
• Proven track record of teaching, motivating and holding team accountable
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality delivering outstanding retail experience
• Open mind and eager to learn about riding community
