📋 Description

• Lead and develop studio staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales growth and meet studio performance targets
• Oversee inventory management and ensure POS accuracy and loss prevention
• Schedule staff within labor allocations and manage payroll accuracy
• Train and onboard new staff on procedures and safety protocols
• Prepare reports on studio performance and manage budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management experience, jewelry a plus
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, piercing a plus
