Store Manager II

📋 Description

• Manages the team structure and day-to-day activities including onsite inventory management, process
• Oversees people management and operational performance in retail location, including talent
• Manages the flow of product availability in store, ensuring minimum on hand levels align with sales
• Establishes and monitors standardized receiving, returns, and pricing accuracy processes.
• Ensures consistent execution of visual merchandising and in store presentations.
• Facilitates in-store corporate sales and promotional events.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years experience in a retail environment required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred.
• Ability to foster teamwork and manage conflict within a small retail environment.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor employees.
