STORE MANAGER TRAINEE

📋 Description

• Participate in a 9-month training program including five 1-week modules
• Complete on-the-job training with an assigned mentor between modules
• Assume responsibility for your own store within 12 months
• Apply theoretical knowledge through practical exercises with colleagues
• Prepare for and pass a final exam with a practical case
• Travel to head office for training sessions
