• Manage the overall omni customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial standards
• Lead the store team to achieve excellent performance, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes
• Set, analyze, and follow up on sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results and
• Ensure the team provides excellent customer service, actively sells products, and promotes customer
• Schedule to the budgeted hours plan in line with sales budget and commercial activities
• Manage store maintenance cost-efficiently and ensure all administrative routines are correctly

• Retail management and retail operations experience
