📋 Description

• Own full commercial relationship with financial institutions including delivery outcomes
• Monitor account health and assess risk across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions
• Design and deliver executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) focusing on compliance posture
• Own all renewals across portfolio: build retention strategy, lead negotiations, close; accurately
• Drive inbound expansion deals independently in collaboration with Account Executives; lead with
• Own delivery follow-through and client communication: translate technical/operational updates

🎯 Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks
• Understanding of financial services regulatory environment including communications monitoring
• Multi-stakeholder account management across regulated financial institutions
• Commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS including renewals, churn forecasting
• Escalation management and operational accountability with minimal manager involvement
