Strategic Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of restaurant clients across Ireland, with a focus on retention, growth, and
• Proactively identify churn risks and take action to protect and improve account performance.
• Develop and execute account plans that improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Partner with Activations and Sales to support smooth onboarding and accelerated growth for new
• Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and feature expansion opportunities to maximise customer lifetime

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience in strategic account management, customer success, or sales within a large book of
• Have a proven track record of reducing churn and driving revenue growth, including with enterprise
• Can demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level.
• Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
