• Create leverage for the CEO: Manage the flow of information, decisions, and follow-through so the
• Support executive communications: Help manage his incoming communications and requests, draft
• Keep the CEO prepared and informed: Anticipate what he needs to know. Develop concise briefings
• Activate the CEO’s priorities: Translate his direction into clear requests and next steps, get them
• Partner with the Executive Assistant and Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO's Executive
