📋 Description

• AI-native operator for Snowflake’s launches and strategic deals.
• Own operating cadence from intake to go-live and deal qualification.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops
• Deliver AI-assisted workflows and signals to reduce coordination time.
• Translate cross-functional complexity into clear executive narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-native operating fluency; shipped production AI workflows or agents.
• 6+ years in business ops, commercial ops, program management, or equivalent at a scaling tech
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional programs across Pricing, Legal, Revenue
• Strong program management; scalable intake, status, escalation, and comms systems.
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS pricing, billing, revenue recognition, contracting, deal cycles
• Excellent communicator with executive presence; able to drive alignment in writing.
