Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Build, maintain and iterate on rolling financial models, capacity plans and multi-year growth
• Act as the main internal owner of our outsourced bookkeeping partner. Make sure month-end closes
• Be the finance voice our co-founders lean on. Proactively raise what they don't know and lay out
• Get into the weeds on costs across every department. Partner with operations and department leaders
• Review and provide feedback on client contract pricing. The goal is pricing that stays competitive
• Do deep dives into the financials of best-in-class managed service providers and high-growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development or
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth professional or tech services.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel and Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or a comparable accounting platform
• Comfort working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) to connect pipeline and revenue
