Strategic Finance Senior Manager (Growth & Marketing)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic finance for performance and brand marketing teams.
• Build forecasting, reporting, modeling, and business cases.
• Partner with marketing to measure investments and attribution frameworks.
• Track performance vs targets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives.
• Develop driver-based forecasts for revenue and spend.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytical finance/FP&A or related roles (consulting, PE, IB).
• 5+ years in strategic finance/analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with marketing/growth analytics to evaluate channels and run tests.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS with imperfect attribution.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
