🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in innovation, training, or digital marketing
• Program management (milestone tracking, weighted progress, risk management)
• Knowledge of AI tools, e-learning platforms, and basic data analysis
• Creativity, communication, adaptability, coaching
• Fluent in English
• Experience in training delivery, ability to manage experimental projects
