📋 Description

• End-to-End Program Delivery: Own the lifecycle of major cross-functional programs from scoping to launch.
• Retail Media Bet Leadership: Directly manage the Bet Roadmap for Retail Media and align stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Roadmap Integration: Build unified roadmaps across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify dependencies and bottlenecks; proactively de-risk execution.
• Executive Communication & Status Reporting: Establish lightweight cadences to inform leadership of program health and milestones.
• GTMD Alignment: Act as SDM aligned to GTMD to translate strategy into market execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or analytics field.
• Experience: 6+ years, including 3-4 years in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Program Management: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Rigor: Advanced financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills; influence across Director- and C-suite levels.
• Travel: Willing to travel up to 10% as needed.
